flapjack |
first assignment ialah masak flapjack. (ingredients dan kaedah memasak diolah oleh Botak)
bahan-bahan:
- 75g brown sugar
- 75g margerine
- 250g rolled oats
- 50g (dried nut / fruits / wallnut / rolled oats)
- 2tbs clear honey
- put rolled oats in a bowl. put in also the dried nuts / fruits / wallnut / rolled oats
- mix them together for 10-15seconds
- get a pan. put in the margerine, clear honey and brown sugar
- put the pan on the heat for 15 seconds (then you can hear the bubbling sound). stir slowly untuk the color turns brown.
- take the pan off the heat, put the pan content into the oats bowl, mix well
- put in the mixture into the baking tray
- put into the oven at 130 degree for 20-25 minute.
- let it cool down, then cut it

en_me - itu yang kne makan sehari sepotong aje.
drhanie - tokleh sebab dia macam berderai bila kne air. lepas makan segigit kne terus minum air masak banyak2.
latifah - ntah. banyak oat aje aku rasa.
aliaa, nampak berkhasiat..yummy! lain kali suruh botak kurangkan gula, mesti ok kan..
